Jason Graham has over 15 years of experience in providing tax services. He performs engagements for high net worth family groups and individuals, involving income tax planning, research and compliance, estate planning and administration, family limited partnerships and trusts, and the reporting of undisclosed income and/or foreign financial assets from offshore accounts through the IRS Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program (OVDP) or Streamlined Filing Compliance Procedures, and Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR). He advises on qualified small business stock, stock option planning, equity compensation packages and charitable activities. Jason’s client base includes entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, business owners and founders/executives at early to late stage companies.
Jason’s estate planning experience includes advising clients on a variety of estate planning matters and working with their attorneys and other advisors to implement tax and financial strategies. Jason also assists clients with estate administration through the coordination and preparation of federal estate tax returns.
Before joining Andersen Tax, Jason was with the Private Client Services Group at Arthur Andersen in San Francisco.
Jason has lectured on income and estate tax matters at the St. Helena Hospital Foundation, Brigham Young University and other professional meetings and seminars. Jason has also presented at the Financial Planning Association and the University of San Francisco Alumni and Friends event.
