Erika Lermayer, Managing Director in Andersen’s Long Island office, has over 19 years of public and private tax experience focusing on corporate taxation. She has provided tax services to a number of large multinational corporations, focusing on accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, including financial statement disclosures and purchase accounting. Erika has experience with a wide variety of industries, including software and technology, manufacturing and distribution, and media and broadcasting.

Erika’s experience includes:

• Accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), including computation of tax provisions, tax accounting for foreign operations, documentation of uncertain tax positions, and footnote disclosures of tax matters in financial statements
• Tax department outsourcing arrangements
• Tax planning and compliance services
• IRS audit representation

Prior to joining Andersen, Erika was a Senior Manager at True Partners Consulting where she served as a member of the Federal Tax practice.
