Amon to Speak at California Society of Enrolled Agents
The California Society of Enrolled Agents’ mission is to foster professionalism, business development and personal growth for members, to protect the interests of the individual members of the society, and to enhance the awareness and role of the Enrolled Agent among members of the public, other professions and with governmental agencies.
Bill Amon will present Corporate Tax Updates at the Channel Islands Chapter meeting for the California Society of Enrolled Agents. Content includes an update of recent corporate tax law changes along with a summary of proposed legislation reforming various financial products. Secondly, Bill will cover entity selection including how to select the "best" entity, based upon tax, legal and administrative considerations that are appropriate for a client's unique situation. The presentation will conclude with a detailed checklist of international tax and non-tax considerations for taxpayers, who are considering expanding their businesses oversea. The event will take place on July 2nd, 2013 at The Marriot in Oxnard, CA.
