Valentina Piccinini joins Andersen Tax & Legal in Milan as a Partner specializing in civil litigation, banking law, and family law. Her expertise includes corporate crisis law, financial and insurance intermediaries, succession law, civil liability law and privacy protection law. She deals with the protection of family assets, even in the phase of generational and succession, for the benefit of individuals or groups, through the establishment, administration or dissolution of institutions such as assets, trusts, deeds of destination, family pacts.
