Andersen Promotes Jason Graham to Office Managing Director in Houston

Andersen is pleased to announce Jason Graham as Office Managing Director of Andersen’s Houston location, effective January 1, 2016.

Formerly of the San Francisco office, Graham has spent over 17 years performing engagements for high net worth family groups and individuals involving tax planning, family limited partnerships and trusts, and reporting of undisclosed income and/or foreign financial assets.  Graham’s deep experience in Private Client Services will complement the existing Commercial practices of Managing Directors Elliott Bossin and Pat Padon.  Jason also joins Managing Directors Ross Nager, John Niemann and David Bollis, bringing the total number of Managing Directors in Houston to six.

Regional Managing Director, Joe Karczewksi, is looking forward to Graham taking on this new position and believes “the Houston office and the region will experience continued growth and development under his stewardship.” Graham’s client base of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, business owners and founders and executives of early to late stage companies will benefit from his experience as he steps into this new role.

“Jason exemplifies the qualities and values of Andersen, not only in his work with clients, but also through his work with his peers,” said CEO Mark Vorsatz. “We are very excited for the next chapter of the Houston office under his leadership.”

Before joining Andersen, Graham was with the Private Client Services Group at Arthur Andersen in San Francisco. He has lectured on income and estate tax matters at numerous professional meetings and seminars. Graham has also presented at the Financial Planning Association, the Institute for Private Investors, the University of San Francisco and Brigham Young University.
