Berard & Delgado to Present at the Boston Estate Planning Council
The Boston Estate Planning Council is a multi-disciplinary community of over 700 estate and wealth planning professionals. Laura Berard and Sue Delgado will be moderating a session at the Boston Estate Planning Council's February Member Round Table Breakfast on February 25, 2016 at the Hilton Boston Downtown. “No One Likes Surprises: Tax Traps for Advisors” will take a look at the tax implications of estate and gift tax planning techniques as well as how to avoid some of the most common tax “traps” that advisors can fall victim to, including not proving out assumptions through modeling, respecting the form of the transaction, and misconceptions about giving to charity.

Laura focuses on income, estate and gift tax planning and compliance, wealth transfer and business succession planning, and charitable giving structuring and strategies.
