Bernard, McDonnell, and Gill Presenting at ACS 2017 Financial Accounting & Reporting Update

Accounting Conferences & Seminars LLC (ACS) is a professional training organization devoted to strengthening and increasing the knowledge of CPAs in the industry and public accounting. The ACS Financial Accounting & Reporting Update 2017 Conference takes places on December 18-19, 2017 at the Philadelphia Marriott in Philadelphia, PA. Andersen Managing Directors, Andrew Bernard and Joseph Gill, will be presenting at the conference. The conference is intended to help individuals gain a better understanding of the latest accounting changes in key areas, recognize different timelines and key factors, and assess the effects of these standards on their company or clients.

Andrew Bernard has over 32 years of experience with U.S. and international tax matters. His international practice areas include taxable and tax-free international mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings for U.S. and non-U.S. based corporations, partnerships and S corporations. His clients include family-owned closely held businesses and emerging companies as well as large publicly traded corporations.

Joe Gill is a Managing Director in the Andersen US National Tax office, where he focuses on the taxation of financial instruments. Joe has over 15 years of experience in tax matters impacting the financial services industry. He has advised a number of foreign and domestic entities on a variety of tax issues in the areas of planning, tax accounting and financial reporting and compliance.
