Bernard to Speak at TEI New Jersey Chapter Event

Tax Executives Institute (TEI) is the preeminent association of in-house tax professionals worldwide. Members are business executives who are responsible for taxation matters on an administrative or policy-making level, or whose work is otherwise primarily concerned with the challenges of business taxation. TEI members are accountants, lawyers, and other corporate and business employees who are responsible for the tax affairs of their employers in an executive, administrative, or managerial capacity.

New Jersey’s next chapter meeting will take place February 27, 2015 in Randolph, NJ. Andrew Bernard will speak on the Overlooked Exceptions to Subpart F Income.

Andrew Bernard has over 30 years of experience with U.S. and international tax matters. His international practice areas include taxable and tax-free international mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings for U.S. and non-U.S. based corporations, partnerships and S corporations.

He serves family-owned closely held businesses and emerging companies as well as large publicly traded corporations.
