Chubb and Minich to Speak at Bloomberg BNA CITE
Bloomberg BNA | CITE, was formed to educate U.S. and foreign multinationals and companies engaged in international business on the tax, legal and accounting aspects of doing business overseas. Seminar speakers are experts in internal taxation and finance fields and the participants include a broad range of corporate multinational companies. U.S. Accounting (ASC 740) for Income Taxes is a two-day technical update on the latest GAAP tax accounting rules and implementation of the new Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) for income taxes (ASC 740).
WTAS Managing Directors, Chuck Chubb and Dennis Minich, will present during the seminar in New York, NY. Chuck Chubb will speak on Current Issues in Managing the Corporate Tax Accounting Function and Dennis Minich will cover an Overview of Stock-Based Compensation.
Dennis Minich will also be presenting at CITE’s concurrent seminar, US Tax Accounting of Mergers and Acquisitions on Compensation Issues.
Chuck Chubb is the WTAS National Practice Leader for ASC 740 Services and has over 30 years of experience advising a broad range of clients on accounting for income taxes and US Federal, State and International tax technical issues.
Dennis Minich has over 35 years of tax experience. Dennis specializes in compensation and employee benefit issues, primarily relating to qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans, employee health and welfare benefits and executive compensation.
