Crocco to Speak on ASC 740

Peter Crocco has over 18 years of tax experience, primarily focused on accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, tax controversy matters including IRS audit representation, tax compliance and transaction advisory. Peter serves as a tax advisor and advocate for his clients. He currently manages the tax function for several publicly traded clients including tax reporting, tax compliance, strategic planning and mergers & acquisitions.
