Drucker & Cole to Speak on FBAR Issues

Richard Cole and Pam Drucker will present at the LA San Fernando Valley Evening meeting on June 3 at the St. Michael Community Center and again on June 10. The Financial Bank Account Reporting (FBAR) topic focuses on how to gain a broad understanding in international taxation for a wide variety of businesses, including consultation and planning for inbound and outbound transactions.
Dick Cole has over 33 years of experience in tax practice, primarily in the areas of corporate, reorganization and international tax matters. He has extensive experience with manufacturing and distribution, high tech and personal service businesses. His broad experience in international taxation for a wide variety of businesses includes consultation and planning for inbound and outbound transactions, advice to U.S. businesses exporting abroad regarding export incentives and hybrid structures to maximize tax benefits, and the planning and implementation of tax-effective international restructurings.
Pam Drucker has over 14 years of experience advising clients on domestic and international tax matters. Her clients have included closely-held businesses, middle-market companies and high net worth individuals. Her practice covers a full-range of domestic and international transactions.
