Freda, Roberts, Toce and Zemsky to Speak at Cross Border Seminar

WTAS provides comprehensive solutions to international tax and wealth issues facing today’s increasing population of global high net worth individuals and the companies where they work. The individuals must consider not only the tax laws of residency at the country level, but also at the U.S. State level where there is an increased audit focus as to what constitutes residency.

Hear from WTAS New York Office Managing Director Joseph P. Toce whose 30 years of experience enables him to anticipate and plan for minimizing income, estate and gift taxes; David Roberts a UK qualified tax professional and provides U.S./UK cross border tax planning; Raymond Freda who serves corporate and individual clients with their state and local tax needs; and Kenneth Zemsky with 32 years of experience specializing in multistate corporate and personal income taxes.

The seminar will cover cross border topics, including:

  • Tax Considerations for the Employer including Immigration, Visa and Tax Status; Domicile and Tax Residency; Compensation and Withholding Requirements;
  • Tax Considerations for Individuals including Investment Income; Double Taxation; Estate, Trust and Gift Taxes; and
  • Audit Issues and Recent Legislative Updates.

The seminar is by invitation only.
