Freeman, Minich and Steinberger to Speak at Bloomberg BNA CITE
Bloomberg BNA will hold the 14th Annual U.S. Accounting (ASC 740) for Income Taxes on July 8 and 9, 2013, at the KPMG Conference Center in Chicago, IL, and on August 12 and 13, 2013, at the Union Square Marriott in San Francisco. This two-day technical update will inform attendees on GAAP tax accounting rules and implementation of the new Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) for income taxes (ASC 740).
WTAS Managing Directors, David Freeman and Dennis Minich, of Chicago, and Adam Steinberger of Palo Alto, will be part of the live group instruction on the latest U.S. principles in accounting for income and taxes of U.S. multinationals under ASC 740.
David Freeman has over 27 years of experience providing tax planning advice to both publicly held and private businesses, their owners, and their key executives. He is a member of the Commercial and Alternative Investment practices at WTAS.
Dennis Minich has over 35 years of tax experience. Dennis specializes in compensation and employee benefit issues, primarily relating to qualified retirement plans, nonqualified plans, employee health and welfare benefits and executive compensation.
Adam Steinberger has over 17 years of domestic and international tax experience serving clients from emerging growth companies to large multinational enterprises. He advises both publicly-held and private businesses in a variety of industries, including semiconductor, software, manufacturing, biotechnology, media and real estate.
