Garfield and Amster to Present at 2013 IRS Valuation Summit
As Gold Sponsors of the 2013 IRS Valuation Summit, Eric Garfield and Sue Amster will take part in the panel Dissecting Donation Dilemmas – Problems in Valuations of Conservation and Non-Cash Charitable Donations together. In addition, Eric will lead two other discussions titled The Current … and Future … State of Estate Taxes? and Common Problems in Appraisals for IRS & Valuation Appeals. Ross Nager and Eric will also both deliver the closing remarks for the seminar.

As part of WTAS’ Valuation Services Group, Eric performs valuation analysis and consulting assignments for estate planning, estate tax, financial reporting (ASC Topics 805, 350, 360 and 820), bankruptcy, ad valorem, litigation support and financing.
