Garfield to Discuss Creative Real Estate Investing
The Smart Real Estate Investor's Creative Real Estate Investing Seminar takes place March 17, 2015 from 7:00pm-9:00pm at the Luxe Sunset BLVD Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.
Eric Garfield will participate in a panel to discuss answers and strategies for addressing the pressing questions most investors have, especially in today’s market, about finding the right properties, in the right locations, for the right prices, and at the right returns. The topic will cover how to analyze and structure different real estate deals in today's market, some smart practices to use and of course stumbling blocks to watch out for.
Eric Garfield entered the field of commercial real estate in the early 1990s and is licensed in several U.S. States as a Certified General Appraiser. As part of Andersen Tax’s Valuation Services Group, Eric performs valuation analysis and consulting assignments for estate planning, estate tax, financing, bankruptcy, ad valorem, litigation support and internal decision-making. His clientele includes attorneys, lenders, developers, and private investors. In 2006, Eric served as Vice Chairman of the Western Branch of the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. In 2009, Mr. Garfield serves as the Chapter Education Director of Seminars. Additionally, Eric currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Beverly Hills Estate Planning Council.
