Garfield to Speak on CrowdFinancing Real Estate
The SEC, through Regulation A+ and other elements of the JOBS Act, recently made it possible to CrowdFinance all types of Real Estate deals on the Internet. What’s New in CrowdFinancing and Marketing Real Estate on the Internet will discuss the legal aspects of these new methods of online funding.
The event takes place July 22nd at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel in Brentwood (Los Angeles) from 2:30-7 PM. Additionally, there will be a live and recorded broadcast of this event. Eric Andersen will participate in the panel, "Legal Aspects of Online Real Estate financing including the new Regulation A+".
Eric Garfield entered the field of commercial real estate in the early 1990s and is licensed in several U.S. States as a Certified General Appraiser, including California and Florida. As part of Andersen Tax’s Valuation Services Group, Eric performs valuation analysis and consulting assignments for estate planning, estate tax, financial reporting (ASC Topics 805, 350, 360 and 820), bankruptcy, ad valorem, litigation support and financing. His clientele includes attorneys, accountants, lenders, trust officers and developers.
