The ABA Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section is hosting a webinar titled “Operating Agreements Today: The Foundation to Avoid Controversy Tomorrow.” This webinar will take place on March 14, 2018 from 12:00pm – 1:30pm (CT). Michael Hirschfeld, Andersen Tax Managing Director, will be one of the speakers. This webinar will analyze drafting considerations for operating agreements when take title to, developing, owning and operating real estate through a limited liability company. Highlights of the program include formation, purpose and members of an LLC, management of the LLC and contributions of real property or other capital to the LLC and distributions to members.
