RPTE’s Spring Symposia takes place in Boston on May 12 – 13, 2016. Andersen Tax USNT member, Jim Hogan, will be participating on the "Diagnosing GST Trusts" panel during the Trust & Estate program. The panelists will share their practical views on how to “diagnose” an existing GST trust including options if you discover potential issues or past errors or taxable events and how to confirm the trust’s inclusion ration.
