Luis Cortezo Joins Andersen Tax & Legal as a Partner in the Litigation and Arbitration Area

Andersen Tax & Legal welcomes Luis Cortezo as a Partner in the Litigation, Insolvency and Arbitration department of the Madrid office, thus reinforcing the capacities in the area headed by Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, which is one of the firm's most important areas of expertise.

Luis Cortezo holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and a Master's degree in Business Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa. Before joining Andersen Tax & Legal, he worked in the Garrigues Litigation and Arbitration department for 14 years.

During his professional career, Luis has specialized in the technical management of all kinds of commercial and civil litigation, among which we can highlight judicial procedures in corporate matters, such as the contestation of corporate resolutions, the liability of administrators or the compliance of shareholders' agreements, as well as litigation in the field of construction and real estate law.

His professional experience is also linked to the world of arbitration and he has extensive experience in both national and international arbitrations, administered by the main arbitration courts.
