Michael Hirschfeld Speaking at TEI Annual Symposium on Partnership Audit Rules

Tax Executives Institute (TEI) is the preeminent association of in-house tax professionals worldwide. Members are business executives who are responsible for taxation matters on an administrative or policy-making level, or whose work is otherwise primarily concerned with the challenges of business taxation. TEI members are accountants, lawyers, and other corporate and business employees who are responsible for the tax affairs of their employers in an executive, administrative, or managerial capacity.

The New York Chapter of TEI will hold an annual symposium on December 13, 2017 in New York City. Michael Hirschfeld, Andersen Managing Director, will speak with two other guests at the joint federal, state and local session of the symposium. He will discuss new partnership audit rules and their effect on the states.

Michael Hirschfeld is a Managing Director in the firm's US National Tax office, where he focuses on international, partnership, corporate and real estate tax planning and compliance. Michael has over 40 years of experience with tax issues that affect partnerships/LLCs, REITs, cross-border investing, real estate acquisition, finance and investment, private equity, distressed debt, mergers and acquisitions, pharmaceutical, energy, and clean technology clients.
