Peterson Speaking at Start-up Program in San Francisco

Andersen Director, Christy Peterson, is speaking at an upcoming program titled “How to Jump Start Your Start-up.” The program is scheduled for Monday, June 18, 2018 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm in San Francisco, CA. It is a free event that provides information and tips from insiders within San Francisco’s start up scene. Topics of discussion will include how to choose the right legal entity to set up start-ups for investment, intellectual property concerns, and considerations when hiring early stage employees/independent contractors.

Christy Peterson has experience with the valuation of closely held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, debt instruments, and derivatives (including stock options and option-embedded securities). These engagements were conducted for a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, litigation support, strategic planning, and tax planning and reporting.
