PRE-IMMIGRATION INCOME AND WEALTH PLANNING
Many foreign persons become residents or citizens of the United States, or transfer wealth to their U.S. family members. This session addresses tax planning strategies to minimize U.S. taxation of such new residents/citizens and on the wealth transferred to U.S. persons.
