Schneidman to Speak at American Bar Association

The American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Taxation will hold their next 2013 Meeting on May 9-11, 2013 at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, D.C. The country’s leading attorneys and government officials will discuss the latest federal tax policies, initiatives, regulations, legislative forecasts and planning ideas.

WTAS Managing Director, Len Schneidman, will serve as a moderator of Howdy Partner! U.S. Tax Law Treatment of Foreign Partners. Panel members include IRS and Treasury representatives along with lawyers from top firms on the east coast who will speak on the different tax aspects relating to the taxation of foreign partners. It takes place Friday, May 10 at 1:30PM.

Len Schneidman has over 40 years of experience in international taxation. His work includes counseling clients on structuring and operation of private investment funds, advising high net worth foreign investors on U.S. investments and activities, and helping U.S. and non-U.S. corporate clients with tax-efficient structuring of their business operations.
