Schnyder to Speak about S Corporations

The Federal Bar Association (FBA) represents the Federal legal profession. It consists of more than 16,000 federal lawyers, including 1,200 federal judges, who work together to promote the sound administration of justice and integrity, quality and independence of the judiciary. 

Cornelia Schnyder will present at the FBA’s 39th Annual Tax Law Conference on Friday, March 6, 2015 in Washington, D.C.  She is part of a panel, S Corporations, which will discuss the priority business plan, recent legislation, the final regulations on basis of indebtedness, and other developments dealing with S Corporations.  

Cornelia Schnyder is a Managing Director in the Andersen National Tax Office. Cornelia has over 17 years of experience in partnership and S corporation taxation. She has advised partnerships, S corporations, and limited liability companies on a broad variety of tax matters.  Before joining Andersen, she held several positions with the federal government (including as Special Counsel to the Associate Chief Counsel (Passthroughs and Special Industries) and as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Tax Legislative Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury).
