Two New Partners Join WTAS Global Member Firm, STC Partners
WTAS Global announces Agnès Aviges and Sébastien Vialar as new Partners at STC Partners. Paris-based STC Partners joined WTAS Global in November 2013 further expanding the presence of WTAS Global in Europe.
The nomination of Agnès Aviges, former Of Counsel, reinforces the Private Client Services team with her tax and legal experience. Agnès Aviges joined STC Partners in 2007 after beginning her career in 1999 as a tax lawyer at Stehlin & Associés Law firm.
She serves as a tax counsel on international patrimony issues for company managers, as well as private and family groups. She organizes the transmission of companies and patrimonies and helps structure patrimonial investments in France as well as internationally.
Agnès holds a DEA in Public Finance and Tax from Paris II Panthéon Assas University and a post graduate degree in Company Tax Management from the ESC Lille School of Management.
The nomination of Sébastien Vialar, former Of Counsel, strengthens the Arbitration & Litigation Team with his extensive litigation background. Sébastien joined STC Partners with Janine Franceschi-Bariani’s Arbitration & Litigation team in 2005 after beginning his career at Barsi, Doumith & Associés in 2000.
Sébastien Vialar helps French and foreign companies and managers with conflict prevention and the settlement of complex litigations before all types of jurisdictions, and particularly in connection with banking, finance and corporate matters.
Sébastien holds a DEA in General Private Law (Paris West University Nanterre La Défense, 1996) and a DESS in International Affairs (Paris Descartes University, 1997).
