Walsh and Rauser Speak on State Tax Issues

Glenn Walsh and Steve Rauser recently presented to a group of attorneys from a full service Los Angeles-based law firm on state income and sales tax considerations associated with the Internet.

Glenn Walsh has over 20 years of experience in state and local taxation. He advises corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies on a broad variety of business and tax matters such as mergers & acquisitions, entity state/local tax returns and Intellectual property planning.

Glenn has extensive experience in serving clients in many industries, with an emphasis on high technology, media & entertainment, manufacturing, real estate, and retail.
