Wylie to Speak on Current Developments in Trust and Estate Planning

The Los Angeles County Bar Tax Practitioner's Conference features presentations by top government officials and leading practitioners in all fields of taxation: Federal, Accounting, Franchise, Trusts & Estates, Property, Sales, and City taxes. It takes place June 16, 2015 at the Millennium Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles, CA.

Tim Wylie will speak on Current Developments in Trust and Estate Planning during the morning breakout sessions.

Tim Wylie works with wealthy families and their related businesses, trusts, private foundations, and other entities providing income, estate and gift tax planning and compliance, wealth transfer and business succession planning, and charitable giving strategies and structures. He also advises global families (with assets and/or members around the world), as well as inbound and outbound individuals, with respect to international income, estate and gift tax planning and compliance. Additionally, Tim works with the Andersen Exempt Tax Advisory Services practice to advise some of the largest private foundations in the country regarding various unrelated business income, self dealing, excess business holding and other excise tax issues.
