Zemsky and Ankrah Co-Presenting at NJSBA 3rd Annual Recent Developments in Corporate Taxation

The New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) is a voluntary membership association that brings together attorneys from all of over the Garden State area. The NJSBA helps support its more than 18,000 members by providing an environment where members can participate and connect with each other, and deepen their knowledge in the legal profession. The NJSBA 3rd Annual Recent Developments in Corporate Taxation Meeting will take place on November 29, 2017 at the NJ Law Center. Kenneth Zemsky, Andersen Managing Director, and Sonny Ankrah, Andersen Managing Director, will be co-presenting on the topic of “Multistate Income Tax Legislative Update/State Tax Controversy.” Ken and Sonny will discuss recent developments and changes in income and franchise tax, sales and use tax, and other SALT topics.

Ken Zemsky specializes in multistate corporate and personal income taxes with a concentration in New York State and New York City tax law. He has over 33 years of experience and primarily works with multistate corporate taxpayers with presence in the tristate area, high net worth individuals, alternative investment funds and owner- operated businesses. Ken also has authored numerous articles that were published in the Journal of Multistate Taxation, State Tax Notes and other industry publications.

Sonny Ankrah is a member of Andersen’s State and Local Tax practice. He has over 16 years of experience in providing consulting services on matters such as state income/franchise taxes, multistate practice and procedure, gross receipts taxes, and tax credits and incentives. His clients come from a wide variety of industries, including financial services, retail, manufacturing and real estate.
