Rosa De Luna-Frede is the Office Managing Director of the Chicago office at Andersen. She has over 20 years of experience advising publicly held and private companies on tax matters such as Accounting for Income Taxes, Accounting Methods, Tax Controversies, and Federal & State Tax Compliance.

Rosa has advised her clients through complex transactions in the Mergers and Acquisition area, specifically in tax structuring, tax due diligence, integration of post-transaction tax matters including business combination requirements under ASC 740 and analyzing the tax treatment of transaction costs.

Prior to joining Andersen, Rosa worked at Kraft Foods as a Tax Reporting Manager and was a Tax Senior Manager at Grant Thornton where she advised her clients in a variety of corporate tax matters.   

Rosa has been a speaker and instructor on Accounting for Income Taxes at various tax sessions.
