Andersen Tax & Legal Strengthens Practice and Presence in Italy

The expertise of three new Managing Partners and two Partners build up the capabilities of the firm, together with an even more widespread presence in the region.

Andersen Tax & Legal in Italy welcomes the legal and tax professionals Andrea di Castri, Francesca Capoferri, and Stefania Zanotti, as Managing Partners in its offices. The addition of the three experts strengthens the practices in the firm, along with two new Partners: Marco Sensidoni and Luca Cavalleri.

Andersen Tax & Legal’s corporate law practice group, headed by Managing Partner Andrea Ferrandi, is reinforced by lawyer Andrea di Castri, who specializes in M&A, outsourcing (IT and BPO), private equity and company/commercial. The corporate law practice is now comprised of eight lawyers throughout Italy. Andrea is an experienced corporate lawyer and in addition to structuring and implementing transactions, he advises domestic and foreign companies and investors comprehensively on legal issues relating to M&A. Prior to joining Andersen Tax & Legal in Italy, Andrea spent nearly five years with Accenture’s Legal & Commercial Group in Italy.

Effective January 1st, Studio Capoferri was added to Andersen Tax & Legal in Italy. Studio Capoferri was established in 1974, becoming a reference point in the Milan metro area manufacturing districts of Brescia and Bergamo for tax, corporate and labor consultancy for small local businesses. Francesca Capoferri and Stefania Zanotti joined as Managing Partners the Brescia office with over 15 years of experience in tax, accounting, tax financial structuring and M&A. Francesca and Stefania together with Luca Cavalleri, who will be Partner in Andersen Tax & Legal in Italy, and their team, have extensive experience in fields such as local and international taxation, M&A taxation, and accounting.

Francesca is an expert in labor consulting, with the management of labor relations both in the companies crisis phase and in the development phase, with a specific focus on corporate welfare. Stefania is specialized in preparation and analysis of business plans, budgets and variances analysis, regulations related to companies owned by local authorities, relations with the public administration and foundations.

Partner Marco Sensidoni also joins the Italian firm. His practice focuses on tax litigation and on tax aspects of M&A transactions. He is experienced in corporate tax planning projects involving domestic or international issues.
