Anderson, Chubb, Cryan and MacNeil to Present at San Francisco TEI
Tax Executives Institute (TEI) is the preeminent association of in-house business tax professionals worldwide. Members are business executives who are responsible for taxation matters on an administrative or policy-making level, or whose work is otherwise primarily concerned with the challenges of business taxation. TEI members are accountants, lawyers, and other corporate and business employees who are responsible for the tax affairs of their employers in an executive, administrative, or managerial capacity.
Eric Anderson, Chuck Chub, Tom Cryan and Ellen MacNeil will present to the San Francisco Chapter of TEI on July 24th. The presentation, titled “Managing Risk – An Update on Transparency and Disclosure”, will take place at Golden Gate University.

Eric Anderson leads the San Francisco Bay Area state and local tax practice of WTAS. He focuses on income tax planning and compliance, sales and use tax transaction planning, mergers and acquisitions, franchise tax matters, and administrative tax controversies.
Chuck Chubb has over 30 years of experience advising a broad range of clients on accounting for income taxes and US Federal, State and International tax technical issues.
Tom Cryan has over 22 years of experience in assisting clients in tax controversies. In this capacity he has represented clients before the IRS in pre-filing agreements, the examination phase through the appeals phase and post appeals mediation.
Ellen MacNeil leads the WTAS National Tax Office. She has over 30 years of experience in tax consulting for major US businesses. Ellen is a member of the board of directors of The Tax Council and speaks at numerous tax institutes.
