Brad Rode to Present at TEI Houston

Tax Executives Institute (TEI) is the preeminent association of in-house tax professionals worldwide. Members are business executives who are responsible for taxation matters on an administrative or policy-making level, or whose work is otherwise primarily concerned with the challenges of business taxation. TEI members are accountants, lawyers, and other corporate and business employees who are responsible for the tax affairs of their employers in an executive, administrative, or managerial capacity.

The TEI Houston Chapter International Roundtable takes place on Thursday, September 14th. Brad Rode is giving an international tax update, with the objective of presenting on international issues including year ending planning, transaction issues, and giving an update of planning for tax reform. He will discuss matters that warrant consideration and continued monitoring with respect to regulatory developments from 2016 and 2017, as well as the prospect of tax reform, as we head into the fourth quarter of 2017.

Brad Rode is a Managing Director in the Chicago office and part of the Commercial Practice group. Brad specializes in international U.S. federal tax, which includes assisting businesses and investors with addressing tax implications of various cross-border enterprises such as expansion overseas, mergers, acquisitions, financing, and restructurings.
