Dianich to Speak at ASCSP Annual Conference
The American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP) was established in 2006 as a non-profit corporation in response to the growing need for education, credentials, technical standards and a Code of Ethics within the cost segregation industry. Headquartered in Washington, DC., its goal is to provide members with educational programs and continuing education programs; create and maintain minimum quality standards, and provide a Code of Ethics.
ASCSP’s 2014 annual conference takes place on October 21-24 in Chicago, IL. Senior Manager Matthew Dianich will present on Friday at 1:15PM CST. His session is titled, Utilizing Producer Price Indices and Appraisal Methodologies in Cost Segregation Studies.
Matthew Dianich provides valuations of fixed assets, inventory, and machinery and equipment for tax planning and financial reporting purposes. Additionally, Matthew provides tax consulting services including cost segregation studies, research and development credits, fixed asset reviews, and repairs and maintenance studies.
