Freda Covers State Tax Topics at Interstate Tax Planning Seminar

Interstate Tax Corporation trains and updates state tax practitioners on how to properly navigate the interstate tax system. The company is dedicated to the education of multistate tax professionals in industry, consulting and government through four seminars held in the spring and fall of each year and its publication, Interstate Tax Insights.

Ray Freda will be speaking at several seminars produced by the Interstate Tax Corporation this summer. The first, Interstate Tax Planning, takes place June 4, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia. Ray’s two topics are titled “Tax Base and Conformity Issues” and “State Taxation of Flow-Through Entities and Their Owners”.

Raymond Freda has over 18 years of state and local tax experience in advising clients with respect to income/franchise, gross receipts, sales and use, property, employment, and other state industry-specific excise taxes. He represents corporate and individual clients during state tax audits, conciliation conferences, and other administrative proceedings.
