Freda to Speak at Advanced Sales & Use Conference

Ray Freda will present "Accounting for Undisclosed Sales & Use Tax Liabilities" on Friday morning, May 9th which will be a discussion of the obligations under FASB/ASC 450 including the impact of recent SEC orders related to failure to maintain appropriate internal controls and adequately reflect sales tax liabilities.
Raymond Freda has over 15 years of state and local tax experience in advising clients with respect to income/franchise, gross receipts, sales and use, property, employment, and other state industry-specific excise taxes. He represents corporate and individual clients during state tax audits, conciliation conferences, and other administrative proceedings.
