Garfield to Speak at 46th Annual Litigation Seminar
The Appraisal Institute, organizers of the 46th Annual Litigation Seminar, is a global association of real estate appraisers, with nearly 23,000 valuation professionals in almost 60 countries throughout the world. Its mission is to advance professionalism and ethics, global standards, methodologies, and practices through the professional development of property economics worldwide.
The 46th Annual Litigation Seminar will take place November 15th at the DoubleTree Hotel in Los Angeles, California. Eric Garfield is moderating a four-person panel titled War Stories from the Estate Litigation Crypt.
Eric Garfield entered the field of commercial real estate in the early 1990s and is licensed in several U.S. States as a Certified General Appraiser, including California and Florida. As part of WTAS’ Valuation Services Group, Eric performs valuation analysis and consulting assignments for estate planning, estate tax, financial reporting (ASC Topics 805, 350, 360 and 820), bankruptcy, ad valorem, litigation support and financing.
