Hogan to Speak at the ABA’s 2016 Spring Symposia

The American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property Trust and Estate Law (RPTE) is a national forum for lawyers with around 22,000 members. The Real Property Division focuses on legal aspects of property use, ownership, development, transfer, regulation, financing, taxation and disposal. The Trust and Estate Division focuses on all aspects of trusts, estate planning, employee benefits, insurance, and probate and trust litigation.

RPTE’s Spring Symposia takes place in Boston on May 12 – 13, 2016. Andersen USNT member, Jim Hogan, will be participating on the "Diagnosing GST Trusts" panel during the Trust & Estate program. The panelists will share their practical views on how to “diagnose” an existing GST trust including options if you discover potential issues or past errors or taxable events and how to confirm the trust’s inclusion ration.
