Spiegelman to Present on Foreign Tax Outbound Issues

Chris Spiegelman will speak at FRA’s Private Equity Tax and Accounting Forum taking place December 5th at the Princeton Club in New York, NY. Chris’s session, “Effectively Managing Foreign Tax – Outbound Issues” is during the Private Equity Tax track. It will cover tax issues for passive foreign investment companies (PFICs) and Controlled Foreign Corporations (CFCs), as well as Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR) reporting considerations.

Chris Spiegelman has over 20 years of diverse tax experience including extensive knowledge of alternative investments, partnership taxation and real estate taxation. He focuses on assisting investment partnerships with tax planning and compliance, fund structuring and fund accounting and administration. Chris’ skills also include consulting with general partners and managers regarding their individual taxation, estate planning as well as federal and state compliance for management companies.
