STCPartners Welcomes New Partners in Corporate M&A and Litigation/Arbitration Practices
Effective April 2018, STCPartners welcomes Bruno Thomas and the arrival of Lionel Jung-Allégret and his team from Vendôme.
Lionel Jung-Allégret, who founded Vendôme law firm over 20 years ago, joins STCPartners and will offer clients a broader platform for their large-scale transactions in France and abroad via Andersen Global, an international association of member firms in which STCPartners has been a member since 2013. Lionel and his team will also work with the Corporate Tax, M&A and Employment practice groups, in particular to assist their clients in their external growth and development transactions.
Bruno Thomas joins the firm after a 30-year career with PWC Avocats. Bruno is involved in external growth transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, restructurings and asset contributions. He joins STCPartners’ M&A practice, with which he shares in-depth knowledge of the culture and operation of family-owned groups. He also works with large groups and listed companies, in particular on their cross-border transactions.
