Vorsatz Discusses International Growth at USF School of Law

Mark Vorsatz, Andersen Tax LLC CEO and Chairman of Andersen Global, recently spoke as the visiting fellow and featured speaker at the E.L. Wiegand Visiting Fellows Program at the USF School of Law. The event took place on February 20th at the University of San Francisco downtown campus. During the program, Mark discussed globalization and how that has impacted the tax and legal professions. Mark also spoke about how some of the world's largest firms are much smaller than the Big Four firms, which provides a huge area of opportunity and growth for Andersen and its firms around the globe to increase legal services and capabilities.

In 2014, Andersen started a partnership with the USF School of Law to provide employees with an opportunity to earn a USF LLM or Master in Legal Studies in Taxation (MLST) by taking courses conveniently located in downtown San Francisco.

Mark co-founded Andersen under the name WTAS in 2002 and spearheaded the firm's name change, effective September 2, 2014. Mark works exclusively with individuals in the design and implementation of customized income tax and estate planning solutions. His client base is limited to founders and/or substantial shareholders of public companies, owners of closely held businesses, and high net worth family groups. He focuses on preserving wealth for multi-generational families.
