Vorsatz Presented at San Francisco Estate Planning Council Meeting

The San Francisco Estate Planning Council (SFEPC) is a highly recognized interdisciplinary organization established in 1953 for San Francisco professionals involved in estate planning, providing its members with opportunities to enhance their skills and expand their network through programs and interaction. The SFEPC hosts five dinner meetings each year, where council members and their guests are invited to listen to the speaker.

The SFEPC hosted their first event of the New Year on January 17, 2018, at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco, CA. Mark Vorsatz, Global Chairman and Andersen Tax LLC CEO, was the main speaker for this meeting. He discussed the individual income tax changes and estate and gift tax changes as well as relevant business provisions. He also spoke on the impact of the changes on both overall restructuring of one’s financial affairs as well as the impact on investment planning and allocation issues.

Mark co-founded the firm under the name WTAS in 2002 and spearheaded the firm's name change, effective September 2, 2014. He works exclusively with individuals in the design and implementation of customized income tax and estate planning solutions. His client base is limited to founders and/or substantial shareholders of public companies, owners of closely held businesses, and high net worth family groups. He focuses on preserving wealth for multi-generational families. Mark has over 35 years of experience in tax practice.
