Freda to Moderate Panel on Entity Choice

The American Bar Association Section of Taxation and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation together present advanced tax seminars in the areas of income tax, sales / use tax and property tax. The three seminars  are designed for attorneys, accountants, tax directors, state and local tax managers, government tax officials, appraisers, property tax managers, commercial and industrial property managers, and others interested in state and local income, sales, use, and ad valorem taxation. It takes place March 20-24, 2017 at The Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans, LA.

Raymond Freda will moderate a panel titled “What a Difference Your Entity Choice Can Make: Market-Based vs. Cost of Performance Sourcing”. The session will help attendees unravel the intricate web of sourcing rules and provide a discussion of thoughtful ideas on how to leverage the new sourcing landscape.

Raymond Freda has over 19 years of experience in state and local tax and advising clients with respect to income/franchise, capital, gross receipts, sales and use, property, employment and other state industry specific excise taxes.
