As an Associate, you are exposed to a wide variety of projects and industries that allow you to stand out and make a difference. Internships

At Andersen, we offer rewarding internship opportunities for outstanding and ambitious students. Interns serve as members of client service teams and are staffed on engagements similar to Associates. Interns receive formal and on-the-job training to develop technical skills and business acumen. Work hours are flexible and are coordinated with school schedules. Internships require a minimum of 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer. Summer internships typically run eight weeks, and vary by location and business needs.

As an Andersen intern, you may have the opportunity to participate in our premiere, four-day team building and knowledge enhancement event, InternConnect. During this event, interns across all of our U.S. offices gather for a chance to meet and learn from our top leaders, participate in interactive sessions, and network with one another. InternConnect is a fantastic opportunity for students to be exposed to our one-of-a-kind culture!
